What is the extract needed for?

The civil registry extract (the family record table, or the full “vukuatlı” extract) is the official record of your family’s registry details and ties. Italian procedures ask for its translation across residence permits, family reunification, citizenship applications and assorted official processes: it sets out the family’s structure, your civil status and the lines of kinship. Italian authorities do not accept the Turkish extract directly — apostilled and sworn-translated it must be. The plain and full extracts

The extract comes in kinds: the plain version shows the basic details only, while the full (“vukuatlı”) extract details every registry event in the family — marriage, divorce, death.
