What is the extract needed for?
The civil registry extract (the family record table, or the full “vukuatlı” extract) is the official record of your family’s registry details and ties. Italian procedures ask for its translation across residence permits, family reunification, citizenship applications and assorted official processes: it sets out the family’s structure, your civil status and the lines of kinship. Italian authorities do not accept the Turkish extract directly — apostilled and sworn-translated it must be. We translate it in the form your Italian procedures require and run the certification process.
The plain and full extracts
The extract comes in kinds: the plain version shows the basic details only, while the full (“vukuatlı”) extract details every registry event in the family — marriage, divorce, death. Which your Italian procedure wants varies, and some procedures insist on the full version. We help you settle the right kind: the wrong one can leave a procedure counted incomplete, so choosing correctly from the start matters. Tell us your document’s kind and we assess its fit for the procedure together.
Family reunification and citizenship
The extract matters most in family reunification and Italian citizenship applications, where the family ties and registry position must be proven officially — and the extract is that proof. In an application as sensitive as citizenship, the translation’s accuracy and completeness matter doubly. Knowing these procedures’ document requirements, we prepare the extract to fit — and since it usually travels with the birth and marriage certificates, we prepare the whole family set together and ease the process.
Apostille and currency
Bound for an official Italian procedure, the extract needs apostilling — civil documents being administrative, the apostille generally comes through the governorship or district governorship. Currency matters besides: many Italian institutions refuse a registry document past a set age, so obtain the extract close to your procedure, then apostille and translate. We run the apostille follow-up and translation in the right order and advise on the currency question. A current, apostilled extract is a procedure accepted without friction.
Our process
The service is end to end: send the document; we settle the right kind and the required certification; we prepare the apostille follow-up and the sworn translation; and we deliver to fit the Italian procedure. Family matters usually involve several registry documents, and prepared together they save time and cost. Documents planned whole simplify the Italian procedures’ document side — and keep the scattered errands out.
