About Us
italyancatercume.tr is the Italy-focused brand of Hacettepe Translation, which has worked from Kızılay, Ankara since 2007. Over the years we noticed that a steadily growing share of our official document work came from people moving to Italy — to study, to work, to settle — and we built this site for exactly that audience.

Who Is Behind It?
Hacettepe Translation is one of Turkey’s established language service firms, founded in 2007. We think of clients as partners rather than ticket numbers, and our work spans private companies, public institutions, universities and international organisations, the UN among them. The numbers tell the story: more than 250 specialist translators, over 10,000 pages of written translation, and 200-plus days of simultaneous interpreting — across legal, commercial, technical, medical, academic and official document work, with sworn translation, notarisation and apostille handled end to end.
What This Site Does
Here we point that experience at Italy: diploma and transcript translation, YÖK equivalency and Italian application files, Dichiarazione di Valore and CIMEA procedures, visa, residence, financial and legal documents. What you read in our guides comes from our own case files — which consulate wants which layout, what a CAF office looks for in a bank letter, how long a DoV appointment takes this season. When practice changes, we update the text; that is why our pages carry dates.
How We Work
Four principles: a price is quoted from the document itself and does not move afterwards; every translation passes a second specialist’s review before delivery; we never sell a procedure you do not need, and when we do recommend one we explain why in writing; and we run the sworn translation, notary and apostille chain from a single desk.
