Four Steps from Upload to Delivery

The process is deliberately simple. You upload your document online; the system analyses pages and characters and shows the fee and delivery date at once. When you confirm, a sworn translator takes over. After a final review, the translation lands in your inbox as a PDF — and if you chose courier delivery, the wet-signed original follows to your address. You can track every step from your account.

The questions we hear most are answered here too: how pricing works (character-based, one page equals a thousand characters), what sets the delivery date, which documents need notary or apostille, how revision requests are handled (reviewed free of charge), and how your files are stored (encrypted, for a limited period, never shared).
