Official Application Portals
Italian Bureaucracy Lives Online
Nearly every Italian procedure now runs through a portal: university pre-enrolment on Universitaly, recognition checks on the CIMEA platform, grant applications on the regional DSU sites, visa appointments with the consulates’ service providers. Each has its own account rules, upload steps and file format limits.
Our guides go portal by portal: what to watch when creating the account, which document (and which translation) is uploaded at which step, the size and format restrictions, and how to get past the error messages users hit most often. The goal is a complete application on the first attempt.
Most portals expect the sworn translator’s stamp on uploaded translations; we deliver a scanned translation PDF by e-mail, sized within the portals’ upload limits. Upload your documents to see the fee straight away.
